Greene County Food Pantry Celebrates New Home with Ribbon Cutting and Business After Hours
The Greene County Food Pantry invites the community to join in celebrating an important milestone with a Ribbon Cutting and Business After Hours on Thursday, February 5, from 5:00 to 6:30 PM, at its new location, 1220 Siloam Road in Greensboro.
The evening will begin at 5:00 PM with Business After Hours, providing guests an opportunity to connect with local business leaders, community partners, and neighbors while touring the new facility. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 5:30 PM, officially marking the opening of the pantry’s new home and commemorating a moment years in the making.
This event marks an important new chapter for the Greene County Food Pantry and its expanded ability to serve families, children, and senior citizens across the county. The new facility enhances operations and provides a more welcoming space for clients and volunteers, helping the pantry better meet growing community needs.
